The Zleep Shipping Policy

At The Zleep, we’ve partnered with leading international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. These trusted couriers work with local carriers to deliver our products right to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

You will be charged at the time of your order, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. This process may take a few days. To protect against credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.


Shipping Process

We typically require between 2-5 working days to fulfill your order and prepare it for shipment. However, during peak times, such as major holidays, or if your order includes high-demand items, processing may take up to 10 days.

Once your order is processing through our shipping department, no changes can be made, including address changes. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Please note that we only ship on business days, and not on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

For orders with multiple items, shipments may arrive separately, as products might be dispatched from different manufacturing locations.


Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive your tracking number in the Shipping Confirmation email once your order is on its way.

It can sometimes take a few days for tracking information to update in the system. If you placed your order more than 5 business days ago and haven’t received any tracking updates, please contact us at ecommerce.decastro@gmail.com.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, The Zleep cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as customs clearance, holidays, severe weather, or postal strikes.


Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are charged once the shipment reaches your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. The Zleep has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If a shipment is refused and returned due to unpaid import duties or taxes, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional charges.

We recommend contacting your local customs office if you have any questions about potential fees before placing your order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

The Zleep is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim.

When reviewing damage or return requests, we use the timestamp and delivery confirmation from the carrier’s tracking system. If an issue is not reported promptly, we may not be able to honor your claim.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct at the time of order. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. If the order has already been processed and dispatched, we cannot retrieve it for address changes.
