Return Policy

The Zleep will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item has no visible signs of damage.
  • All original packaging and accessories are intact.
  • Any signs of damage may compromise our ability to offer a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including intimate items (e.g., undergarments), sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, including your order number.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Return Shipping (if applicable)

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed by your financial institution. If you have not received your refund after this period, contact us at ecommerce.decastro@gmail.com, and we’ll investigate the matter.


Gifts

For gift returns, follow the same steps as regular returns. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.


Damaged Items
